R : have you made a reservation before?

G : oh, not yet..

R : may I have your name please, sir?

G : my name is ray.

R : Could you spell that for me please!

G : Romeo, Alfa, Yangky.

R : What kind of room do you like sir?

G : oh.. what kind of room do yo have?

R : all right, mr. Ray.. we have 3 types of room. Suite, deluxe, and standard. The rate for Suite room is Rp.300.000 for one night, for deluxe room is Rp.200.000 for one night, and for Standard room is Rp.100.000 for one night. What type of room would you like sir?

G : I take one deluxe room.

R : when you will start staying and for how long, sir?

G : I will check in today and for 3 nights.

R : please wait a moment sir, I will check our chart before. .........................  All right, mr. Ray. You are lucky, the room is available for you. Do you have any special request?

G : oh.. I dont have special request.

R : may I know your company name sir?

G : no.. I’m individual guest.

R : may I have your address and your phone number, sir?

G : my address is .............., and my phone number is ...................

R : may I borrow your ID card sir?

G : oh yes..

R : thank you sir (mengembalikan ID card guest)

R : All right, mr. Ray.. your room is one Deluxe room, the room rate is Rp.200.000 for one night, and you will stay for 3 nights. Is thats true, sir?

G : yes, thats right..

R : all right, mr. Ray. Could you please to completing the Registration Form and may I have your signature at here..

G : yes (tamu mengisi Registration form, dan kemudian mengembalikannya pada petugas reception)

R : How about the settle of your payment, sir?

G : can I pay by credit card?

R : sure, we accept visa, BCA, mandiri, and BNI.

G : I will pay by Visa card.

R : may I borrow your Visa card please, sir?

G : oh yes.

R : thank you, sir (mengembalikan Visa Card guest)

R : all right, mr. Ray. This is your welcoming drink card, you can enjoy at our lobby bar. This is your meal coupon, you can enjoy at our coffe shop. And this is your Guest card and Your room key. And our bellboy will escort you to your room. Enything else, sir?

G : oh no.. thank you..
