Jembatan Nasional Suramadu

Jembatan Nasional Suramadu adalah jembatan yang melintasi Selat Madura, menghubungkan Pulau Jawa (di Surabaya) dan Pulau Madura (di Bangkalan, tepatnya di timur Kamal), Indonesia.

Dengan panjang 5.438 m, jembatan ini menjadi jembatan terpanjang di Indonesia saat ini.

Jembatan Suramadu terdiri dari tiga bagian yaitu jalan layang (causeway), jembatan penghubung (approach bridge), dan jembatan utama (main bridge).

Cara Melipat Handuk Menjadi Bentuk Angsa. (Towel Art - Swan Folding)

1. Bentangkan handuk secara mendatar.

Pastikan untuk membentangkan handuk dengan posisi melebar ke samping.

 

2. Lipatlah dua sudut atas handuk ke bawah dan menghadap ke dalam sehingga anda menemukan titik tengah diatas handuk.

 

3. Gulunglah kedua tepi luar handuk menuju bagian tengahnya.

Hasilnya akan terlihat seperti ujung anak panah.

 

4. Lipatlah gulungan tersebut membentuk huruf Z.

Pastikan kedua ujung bawah anak panah menjadi bagian bawah huruf Z, sedangkan ujung atasnya berada di puncak.

 

5. Aturlah Handuk yang telah berbentuk huruf Z tersebut, kemudian remaslah bagian sudutnya guna membentuk lengkungan.

Handuk akan tampak seperti angsa pada tahap ini.

 

6. ulangi langkah-langkah diatas guna membuat pasangan angsa dengan leher yang saling membentuk hati.

 

7. Tambahkan Sayap Angsa.

Bentangkan handuk tangan secara mendatar, Pastikan untuk membentangkan handuk tangan dengan posisi melebar ke samping.

Kemudian lipat dengan lipatan sederhana seperti “kipas kertas” lalu Letakan sayap pada bagian atas badan angsa

 

8. anda juga dapat menambahkan ekor angsa dengan lipatan sederhana seperti “kipas kertas” dengan Napkin.

Indonesia Housekeeping Olympics Hotel

Halo semua termasuk pembaca nyasar di dalam nya, kali ini saya mau share pengalaman saya pada “The 3rd Indonesia Housekeeping Olympics Hotel Housekeeping Skill Competition”, dalam event The Hotel Week Indonesia yang diselenggarakan pada 26-27 September 2019 di JCC Senayan Hall B Jakarta oleh IHKA (Indonesian Housekeepers Association). It was memorable!

Saya sendiri mengikuti Towel Art Competition antar beberapa Hotel di Indonesia. Towel Art Competition itu apa? Yaitu dimana para peserta menunjukan kreativitasnya dalam membentuk handuk dalam karya seni. Saya sendiri pun merupakan karyawan Housekeeping perwakilan dari Hotel Borobudur Jakarta.

To be honest, ini merupakan pertama kalinya saya mengikuti kompetisi towel art. Tema yang ditentukan adalah Wonderful Indonesia. Yang dimana peserta harus membuat konsep salah satu daerah atau destinasi pariwisata di Indonesia. Dengan pemikiran yang matang akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk membuat konsep Wonderful Indonesia Bali.

Towel Art 'Om Swastiastu.. Wonderful Indonesia Bali’

As we know, Indonesia also has small islands such as Bali, which is famous with the tourist destinations locally and internationally.

the theme in the towel art that I made is called 'Om Swastiastu'.
'Om Swastiastu' means an opening greeting including praying that is usually given by a Balinese person to someone they meet.

This towel art that I made describing the characteristics of Indonesian people who are polite, friendly, which allows and very welcome anyone who visits Indonesia.

then the Towel art that I made also describing a man wearing a traditional male headband in Bali, which we call it udeng. As a complement to traditional clothing and prayer clothing. Which is the majority of Balinese people embrace Hinduism.

Beside of that, in the front of a bali man.. that is describing of Canang. Canang is a colaboration of cultural and religion. When you go to bali, everywhere in bali you will find canang, and also canang must be present in religious activities in Bali.

Why I choose wonderfull indonesia bali, because..
Wonderful Indonesia is a slogan that cannot be separated from Indonesian tourism.
In the tourism sector, Bali is the biggest foreign exchange earner for Indonesia and Bali is firmly in the minds of the world's citizens and as a favorite destination in Indonesia.

And also because The beauty of every destination in Bali, the variety of culinary in Bali, the culture in Bali, strengthen the wonderful Indonesia as the promise of Indonesian tourism to the world to provide a pleasant and memorable new experience for every tourist.

Pura Lempuyang Luhur is one of the oldest and the most revered temple in Bali, Indonesia. The temple is actually a collection of several temples along the hiking path to the summit. The main temple also the highest, the Pura Lempuyang Luhur, lies at 1,175m above sea level, up on the peak of the namesake Mount Lempuyang.

The temple is located on Mount Lempuyang or Gamongan Hill, Bunutan village, Abang subdistrict, Karangasem, east Bali, around 10 kilometres north from Amlapura, the capital of Karangasem. The temple complex is dedicated to Ida Betara Hyang Iswara, the guardian of the east. It is one of Sad Kahyangan Jagad or the "six sanctuaries of the world" which are the six holiest places of worship on Bali.

The most popular temple among visitors is the Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang. With its towering white candi bentar split gate, three dragon stairs and three kori agung gates, this compound has views to the west overlooking Mount Agung, the highest volcano in Bali.

Tirta Gangga literally means water from the Ganges and it is a site of some reverence for the Hindu Balinese. Strictly, the name refers to the water palace built in 1948 by the Raja of Karangasem, Anak Agung Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem.

Tirta gangga located at Abang Sub-district, Karangasem Regency in east part of Bali, about 83 km from Denpasar and 6 km from Amlapura to the north.

Tirta gangga places in 1.2 hectares in area which consists of three complexes. The first complex that is at the very bottom to find two teratati ponds and fountains. The second complex is the center where it can be found in a swimming pool, while, on the third part, namely the third.

In the north coast, there is a rocky hill which we can see fishing boats returning from sea to shore of Kedonganan.

Elephant Cave or better known as Goa Gajah is the name of a place with the archeological heritage in form of a cave ornamented by the beautiful relief on the outside wall of cave. This place is formerly as a park, a place of retreat for Shiva Priest and Buddhist monks. Goa Gajah is located in the west side of Bedulu Village, Blahbatuh District and Gianyar Regency which is about 27 km from Denpasar City. This cave is built on the brink of a meeting between two small rivers those are called by Kali Pangkung then it water mixing with Petanu River flows under it. The meeting area of two rivers is called by Campuhan/mixed which is deemed to have a magical power based on concept of Rwabhineda (two differences). Based on this concept seems Goa Gajah is intentionally built in two rivers.

Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, or Pura Bratan, is a major Shaivite water temple on Bali, Indonesia. The temple complex is located on the shores of Lake Bratan in the mountains near Bedugul. Water temples serve the entire region in the outflow area; downstream there are many smaller water temples that are specific to each irrigation association (subak).

Built in 1633, this temple is used for offerings ceremony to the Balinese water, lake and river goddess Dewi Danu, due to the importance of Lake Bratan as a main source of irrigation in central Bali. The 11-storey pelinggih meru in the complex is dedicated to Shiva and his consort Parvathi. Buddha's statue is also enshrined in this temple. This temple is also called as Bali temple on the lake because it looks like floating when the Bratan river water rises.

Beratan lake is known as the Lake of Holy Mountain due to the fertility of this area. Located 1200 m above sea level, it has a cold tropical climate.
